\tVessel Operations Management
\n\tCoordinate inward and outward vessel clearance with port authorities.
\n\tAttend vessel boarding for arrival and departure formalities.
\n\tEnsure timely submission and processing of vessel documentation.
\n\tMonitor vessel operations including loading and discharge activities.
\n\tPort & Regulatory Compliance
\n\tLiaise with port authorities, customs, immigration, port health, and marine authorities.
\n\tEnsure compliance with all port regulations and statutory requirements.
\n\tManage vessel clearance documentation and obtain sailing clearance.
\n\tStakeholder Coordination
\n\tMaintain communication with principals, vessel masters, ship owners, and charterers.
\n\tCoordinate service providers including stevedores, ship chandlers, bunkering suppliers, and transport providers.
\n\tSupport crew change logistics and vessel husbandry services.
\n\tOperational Reporting
\n\tPrepare Daily Vessel Movement Reports (DMR).
\n\tPrepare Statements of Facts (SOF) and discharge\/loading reports.
\n\tTrack cargo discrepancies including short or excess landings.
\n\tFinancial & Billing Coordination
\n\tRequest marine and port charges from port authorities.
\n\tFollow up on port invoices and coordinate payment processing.
\n\tEnsure proper documentation of operational expenses for disbursement accounts.
\n\tCargo Operations Monitoring
\n\tSupervise cargo discharge and loading operations.
\n\tCoordinate with forwarders and transporters during cargo handling.
\n\tMonitor cargo condition to minimize loss or damage.
\n\tSafety & Compliance
\n\tEnsure compliance with company QHSE standards.
\n\tEnforce safe operational practices during vessel and port operations.
\n\tReport operational incidents or safety risks.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tDiploma in Shipping or Maritime Operations
\n\tMinimum 2\u20133 years’ experience in shipping agency, port operations, or maritime logistics.
\n\tExperience working with port authorities and vessel operations.
\n\tKnowledge of port tariffs, vessel clearance procedures, and cargo operations.<\/p>\n
