Job Description<\/p>\n
\tOversee and manage all financial activities of the organization
\n\tDefine and implement policies for efficient financial resource management
\n\tEnsure the structuring and optimization of financial support functions
\n\tDevelop sustainable financial processes supporting business growth
\n\tLead budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
\n\tEnsure compliance with legal, tax, and accounting requirements
\n\tSupport senior leadership in defining and executing the financial strategy<\/p>\n
The Successful Applicant<\/p>\n
\tThe ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, with proven experience in financial management or leadership roles and strong proficiency in IT tools and financial systems.
\n\tThe role requires residency in Kenya, fluency in English.
\n\tA solid understanding of the heavy equipment and mobility sector is essential.<\/p>\n
