Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tIdentify, source, and recruit new clients interested in logbook loans.
\n\tMarket and sell logbook loan products to individuals and SMEs.
\n\tExplain loan terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and conditions clearly to clients.
\n\tConduct preliminary client assessments and collect required documentation.
\n\tBuild and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
\n\tFollow up on prospective clients and convert leads into approved loans.
\n\tEnsure proper KYC documentation and compliance with internal policies.
\n\tMonitor client repayments and follow up on overdue accounts in coordination with the collections team.
\n\tAchieve monthly sales and portfolio growth targets.
\n\tMaintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline.
\n\tProvide market intelligence and competitor feedback to management.
\n\tParticipate in marketing campaigns, activations, and field visits.
\n\tEnsure excellent customer service before, during, and after loan disbursement.<\/p>\n
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):<\/p>\n
\tNumber of new logbook loans booked.
\n\tLoan portfolio growth.
\n\tPortfolio at Risk (PAR) within acceptable limits.
\n\tClient retention and repeat business rate.
\n\tRevenue generation targets.<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
\n\tAt least 1\u20133 years\u2019 experience in microfinance or logbook loan sales.
\n\tStrong negotiation and persuasion skills.
\n\tExcellent communication and relationship management skills.
\n\tAbility to work under pressure and meet targets.
\n\tKnowledge of microfinance regulations and lending procedures.<\/p>\n
