Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDocument and Material Delivery: Ensure timely and secure delivery of documents, packages, and materials internally and to external partners.
\n\tOffice Errands: Handle office-related errands such as banking, purchasing supplies, and collecting signatures.
\n\tFiling and Record Keeping: Support document filing, archiving, and retrieval to maintain organized records.
\n\tAdministrative Support: Assist with staff ID processing, document facilitation, county payments, parking fees, and immigration-related tasks.
\n\tMessenger Duties: Deliver and collect mail, spare parts, and other items as required.
\n\tOffice and Facility Management: Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
\n\tTravel and Vehicle Management: Support travel bookings and ensure proper vehicle inspection, maintenance, record updates, and fuel monitoring.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of a Diploma in Office Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Record of Good conduct.
\n\tValid driver’s license (class A & B)
\n\tConversant with Insurance claims handling will be an added advantage
\n\tPrior experience in a messenger or support staff role is an asset but not mandatory.
\n\tAt least 2 years of experience in office administration or support services.<\/p>\n
