Key responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tSystem Administration:
\n\tAdminister and manage the following Enterprise systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and configuration Salesforce
\n\tUnit4 (Agresso)
\n\tMaintain and update Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) matrix for Salesforce and Unit4(Agresso).
\n\tMaintain detailed system. configuration and access management documentation.
\n\tEnterprise Systems Design and Improvement:
\n\tProvide technical and functional expertise in the design and enhancement of enterprise systems.
\n\tConduct in-depth analysis of existing systems to identify optimisation opportunities.
\n\tDevelop and propose improvements to system functionality, workflow, and user experience.
\n\tCreate detailed technical specifications for system enhancements and new feature implementations.
\n\tEvaluate emerging technologies and their potential application to Tr\u00f3caire’s enterprise systems
\n\tOrganisational Project Management:
\n\tLead and manage enterprise system improvement projects from conception to implementation.
\n\tDevelop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
\n\tCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
\n\tConduct thorough impact assessments and change management planning.
\n\tImplement and monitor project metrics to track success and drive continuous improvement.
\n\tDay-to-Day Support:
\n\tProvide backup support for monitoring the Digital Services helpdesk functions.
\n\tEnsure seamless resolution of incidents and requests during primary staff absence
\n\tLiaise with 3rd party suppliers to resolve critical system issues \u2013
\n\tConduct targeted application training to maintain system user proficiency
\n\tTo take on other duties that may be assigned by the Head of Enterprise Systems.<\/p>\n
Essential Requirements<\/p>\n
Education:<\/p>\n
\tIT qualification or equivalent hands-on experience.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 3 years experience in an IT Services, IT Support role, experience in Salesforce (administration, configuration, or development) or Unit4 Business World (Agresso). Experience with both platforms is highly desirable.
\n\tExperience in providing IT Service Delivery using the ITIL framework
\n\tExperience with software applications, particularly in an NGO or non-profit environment, is highly desirable.<\/p>\n
