The Hotel Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day hotel operations to ensure exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction. The role requires a proactive leader who can supervise staff, maintain service standards, and support management in achieving the hotel\u2019s operational and customer experience goals.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tSupervise daily hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.
\n\tEnsure high standards of customer service and promptly address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
\n\tLead, motivate, and coordinate hotel staff to deliver consistent and quality service.
\n\tMonitor staff attendance, performance, and adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
\n\tEnsure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
\n\tSupport training and onboarding of new staff to improve service delivery and teamwork.
\n\tAssist in inventory control and proper use of hotel resources.
\n\tIdentify operational challenges and proactively recommend improvements.
\n\tPrepare basic reports and provide regular feedback to hotel management.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Requirements<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
\n\tMinimum of 3 years\u2019 experience working in the hotel or hospitality industry.
\n\tDemonstrated experience in service delivery and customer care.
\n\tStrong leadership and team supervision skills.
\n\tProactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
\n\tGood communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\tAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.<\/p>\n
