Discovery:<\/p>\n<p>\tEngage inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website forms, or events.<br \/>\n\tConduct discovery calls to assess prospect needs, budget, decision-making process, and timeline (BANT, MEDDIC, or SPICED frameworks).<br \/>\n\tDocument qualification thoroughly in CRM.<\/p>\n<p>Outbound Prospecting:<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentify strategic target accounts through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.<br \/>\n\tExecute targeted outreach sequences combining email, phone, and LinkedIn.<br \/>\n\tPersonalize outreach with account-specific insights and pain points.<\/p>\n<p>Pipeline Nurturing:<\/p>\n<p>\tManage early-stage leads not yet ready to buy by building relationships through periodic follow-up and tailored content.<br \/>\n\tRoute cold-to-warm opportunities back into nurture campaigns.<\/p>\n<p>Collaboration with Sales:<\/p>\n<p>\tSchedule meetings and demos for Account Executives, ensuring prospects are properly briefed.<br \/>\n\tProvide detailed call notes, opportunity summaries, and handoff documentation.<br \/>\n\tJoin weekly pipeline review meetings with sales leadership.<\/p>\n<p>CRM &amp; Data Management:<\/p>\n<p>\tMaintain accurate records in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.<br \/>\n\tTrack lead stages, conversion rates, and opportunity outcomes.<br \/>\n\tEnsure the pipeline is current, clean, and reportable.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting &amp; Feedback:<\/p>\n<p>\tReport weekly on activity metrics, conversion ratios, and pipeline sourced.<br \/>\n\tShare prospect feedback with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting.<\/p>\n<p>What Makes You a Perfect Fit:<\/p>\n<p>\tConsultative communicator who listens actively and asks thoughtful questions.<br \/>\n\tStrong balance between persistence and professionalism.<br \/>\n\tOrganized and metrics-driven, with strong follow-through.<br \/>\n\tResilient in the face of rejection and comfortable with high-volume outreach.<\/p>\n<p>Required Experience &amp;
