About the role:<\/p>\n
\tThe Payroll Associate at Sun King will ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery of payroll services across assigned Sun King markets, serving as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and in-country third-party payroll vendors. This role will play a critical role in maintaining payroll governance, data accuracy, confidentiality, and process efficiency, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across markets.<\/p>\n
What you will be expected to do<\/p>\n
\tManage end-to-end payroll (salaries, bonuses, deductions) and ensure accuracy for all employees.
\n\tCo-ordinate with HRBPs, Finance, and other departments monthly for payroll inputs and fund transfer.
\n\tEnsure adherence to tax regulations, labour laws, and statutory requirements, including filing payroll taxes and reports. Maintain monthly statutory tax receipts without fail for all countries.
\n\tMaintain and update payroll records (e.g., new hires, terminations, transfers) in payroll systems and handle changes in job status, titles, and compensation updates.
\n\tCompile and present payroll data, including summaries of earnings, taxes, and deductions for management.
\n\tResolve employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, deductions, and paychecks. Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.
\n\tAssist and provide audit-related documents to auditors and manage internal and external payroll audits.<\/p>\n
You might be a strong candidate if you have\/are<\/p>\n
\t3+ years of experience in payroll process management.
\n\t\u00a0Working knowledge of payroll software
\n\t\u00a0Basic knowledge of tax procedures.
\n\tFamiliarity with benefits and other wage deductions.
\n\tMulti-tasking abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
\n\tOutstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.<\/p>\n
