Business Analysis<\/p>\n
\tGather and document business requirements related to reporting, analytics, and operational data needs
\n\tTranslate business questions into\u00a0data queries, dashboards, and analytical outputs
\n\tWork with stakeholders to define\u00a0KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks
\n\tAssist in identifying opportunities for\u00a0process improvement through data analysis<\/p>\n
Power BI Development<\/p>\n
\tDesign, build, and maintain\u00a0Power BI dashboards and reports
\n\tDevelop\u00a0data models and relationships within Power BI
\n\tWrite and optimize\u00a0DAX measures and calculated fields
\n\tImplement\u00a0data visualizations that communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
\n\tManage\u00a0data refresh schedules and report performance optimization<\/p>\n
Oracle Database Analysis<\/p>\n
\tWork with\u00a0Oracle database schemas and relational structures
\n\tWrite\u00a0SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data
\n\tUnderstand and navigate\u00a0complex data relationships and table structures
\n\tAssist with\u00a0data validation and quality assurance
\n\tCollaborate with engineering or database teams when necessary<\/p>\n
Data Management<\/p>\n
\tValidate data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies
\n\tSupport development of\u00a0data pipelines and reporting datasets
\n\tDocument data sources, transformations, and report logic<\/p>\n
What Success Looks Like<\/p>\n

\tDeliver\u00a0accurate and insightful Power BI dashboards
\n\tExtract meaningful data from\u00a0complex Oracle database environments
\n\tHelp stakeholders make\u00a0better operational and strategic decisions using data
\n\tBuild a strong foundation for growth into\u00a0Senior Business Analyst, BI Engineer, or Data Analyst roles<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n
\t1\u20133 years experience in\u00a0Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or BI development
\n\tExperience with:<\/p>\n
\t\tETL tools
\n\t\tData warehouses
\n\t\tPython or R (nice to have)
\n\t\tPower Query<\/p>\n
\tExperience working with\u00a0large enterprise data systems<\/p>\n
Education<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in:<\/p>\n
\t\tBusiness Analytics
\n\t\tInformation Systems
\n\t\tComputer Science
\n\t\tData Science
\n\t\tOr a related field<\/p>\n
