Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tManage the talent acquisition process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
\n\tMaintain and update employee records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
\n\tAdminister payroll processes in coordination with the finance department.
\n\tOversee leave and attendance management and ensure accurate documentation.
\n\tEnsure HR compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
\n\tProcess company insurance claims and liaise with relevant service providers.
\n\tHandle employee relations matters, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to established procedures.
\n\tCoordinate and implement employee welfare initiatives.
\n\tPromote and support a positive organizational culture.
\n\tManage employee onboarding and separation processes.
\n\tCoordinate activities related to the Quality Management System (QMS).
\n\tSupport the implementation of performance management processes.
\n\tAssist in compensation and reward management initiatives.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
\n\tProfessional HR certification will be an added advantage.
\n\tAt least 3 years of managing end to end HR functions.
\n\tStrong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
\n\tExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
\n\tHigh level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
\n\tProficiency in MS Office and HRIS SoftwaresKnowledge of use of ERP in management of HR functions is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
