\n\tProduct Development and Commercial Focus
\n\tInnovate and expand the bakery range, balancing creativity, quality and cost.
\n\tCost recipes and manage margins without compromising product excellence.
\n\tWork closely with procurement and packaging teams to source the best ingredients and package products.
\n\tTeam Leadership
\n\tRecruit, train, and manage a high-performing bakery team.
\n\tFoster a culture of excellence, collaboration and innovation.
\n\tMarket and Business Contribution
\n\tTrack industry trends and customer preferences to keep Greenspoon at the forefront of baking innovation.
\n\tContribute to overall bakery strategy with a focus on quality, efficiency and profitability.<\/p>\n
Skills and Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tExperience managing a commercial bakery or leading bakery operations.
\n\tStrong knowledge of artisan and commercial baking techniques (sourdough, croissants, bagels, baguettes, etc).
\n\tExperience in costing, margin management and commercial operations.
\n\tHands-on leadership and team management skills.
\n\tCommitment to the highest food safety and quality standards.
\n\tPassion for sustainability and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
\n\tThrives in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.<\/p>\n
