\t5+ years clinical nursing experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tDeliver safe, high-quality patient care across assigned wards Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per clinical guidelines
\n\tMonitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and care plans
\n\tAssist physicians during examinations and medical procedures
\n\tRespond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
\n\tMaintain accurate records and ensure proper handover at shift changes
\n\tUphold infection control standards and hospital policies at all times<\/p>\n
