Business Development<br \/>\n\tIdentify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across targeted industries.<br \/>\n\tConduct client visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.<br \/>\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners.<br \/>\n\tPrepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.<br \/>\n\tAchieve set sales targets and contribute to strategic growth plans.<br \/>\n\tGather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and emerging trends.<br \/>\n\tFollow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain updated CRM records.<br \/>\n\tTechnical Support<br \/>\n\tUnderstand and explain technical features, benefits, and specifications of industrial rubber and polyurethane rollers.<br \/>\n\tProvide customers with technical guidance on product selection, usage, and maintenance.<br \/>\n\tWork closely with production and engineering teams to address customer requirements and quality concerns.<br \/>\n\tAssist in product testing, sampling, and performance evaluations with clients.<br \/>\n\tMarketing &amp; Brand Promotion<br \/>\n\tDevelop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and brand visibility.<br \/>\n\tCreate marketing materials including brochures, product sheets, and digital content.<br \/>\n\tManage social media pages, website content, and digital marketing initiatives.<br \/>\n\tPlan and execute exhibitions, trade fairs, plant tours, and customer engagement events.<br \/>\n\tConduct market research to identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.<br \/>\n\tReporting &amp; Administration<br \/>\n\tPrepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports.<br \/>\n\tMaintain good documentation of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.<br \/>\n\tSupport management in developing annual sales and marketing strategies.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp;
