Purpose of role\/key accountabilities <\/p>\n

\n\tOperate and maintain equipment in adherence to SOP\u2019s and best practice to safely deliver high quality products while maintaining high line efficiencies.
\n\tRelentlessly observe and work to standards in the area. Anything else is not acceptable.
\n\tProvide operational, continuous improvement, am\/pm\/cm maintenance skills.\u00a0 \u00a0
\n\tBe an effective team member and team player.
\n\tAccountable for delivery of effective shift handover
\n\tDocumentation of all operational activities in accordance with company procedures, SIC and policies.
\n\tDeliver and improve performance targets in safety, quality, performance, waste and asset care.
\n\tBe custodian of quality.
\n\tUse and input to business system as required 100% compliant to quality standards.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience Required:<\/p>\n
\u00a0Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tDiploma\/Higher National Diploma in either Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering<\/p>\n
Other<\/p>\n
\tAbility to effectively be part of and participate in an FI team
\n\tAbility to be part of and effectively participate in MMS best pratice roll out
\n\tAbility to lead Tier meetings as per rota
\n\tUnderstands and used the escalation matrix effectively to minimise downtime and loss.
\n\tMultiskilled in more than 2 roles in one department<\/p>\n
\u00a0 Experience<\/p>\n
\t1 – 3 years\u2019 experience of shift working in a production team in an FMCG environment
\n\tMulti-skilled at machine level (2 machines)
\n\tEssential knowledge in planned preventive maintenance and CILT
\n\tKnowledge of UDV, process control and operational excellence techniques
\n\tKnowledge of risk standards (Quality H&S Environment) Safety and hygiene compliance procedures
\n\tWorking knowledge of all systems
\n\tCapability \u2013 Essential as per UDV capability matrix.
\n\tCapability – Essential as per Engineering capability matrix<\/p>\n
