Job Purpose<\/p>\n
The Marketing Officer is responsible for driving the company\u2019s marketing visibility, strengthening brand presence and supporting revenue growth through structured marketing initiatives, digital engagement and content development.<\/p>\n
The role focuses on managing the company\u2019s marketing channels, developing promotional materials, supporting sales initiatives and coordinating marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate business opportunities.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Marketing Strategy & Brand Management<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and implement marketing initiatives aligned with company revenue growth objectives.
\n\tManage and strengthen the Fast Choice Ltd (FCL) brand identity and visibility.
\n\tEnsure brand consistency across all marketing platforms and materials.
\n\tCoordinate and monitor internal and external marketing campaigns.
\n\tTrack and report campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).<\/p>\n
Digital Marketing & Online Presence<\/p>\n
\tManage and maintain the company\u2019s digital presence across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
\n\tPlan, develop and schedule engaging digital content to enhance brand awareness.
\n\tMonitor social media engagement and recommend strategies to increase reach and visibility.
\n\tCoordinate website updates and improvements with the web developer and hosting provider.
\n\tEnsure website content remains current, accurate, and aligned with marketing campaigns.<\/p>\n
Content Development & Marketing Materials<\/p>\n
\tDevelop high-quality marketing materials including:
\n\tBrochures
\n\tFlyers
\n\tProduct catalogues
\n\tCompany profile
\n\tTender support marketing materials
\n\tCoordinate the refurbishment and updating of the company product catalogue and marketing profile.
\n\tEnsure marketing content aligns with the company\u2019s brand positioning and messaging.<\/p>\n
Marketing Campaigns & Promotions<\/p>\n
\tPlan and coordinate marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.
\n\tSupport marketing initiatives aimed at generating leads and strengthening client engagement.
\n\tMonitor campaign effectiveness and provide performance insights to management.<\/p>\n
Corporate Marketing Activities<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate company participation in marketing and promotional activities including:
\n\tExhibitions
\n\tSeminars
\n\tIndustry events
\n\tProduct showcases
\n\tEnsure proper branding and marketing materials are available during such events.<\/p>\n
Marketing Content Creation<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate site photography and videography for projects, installations and customized jobs.
\n\tDevelop marketing content for use in digital platforms, marketing materials and company presentations.
\n\tMaintain an organized repository of marketing visuals and media.<\/p>\n
Sales & Tender Marketing Support<\/p>\n
\tSupport preparation of marketing content required for:
\n\tQuotations
\n\tTenders
\n\tPrequalification submissions
\n\tWork with the sales team to ensure marketing materials effectively support client proposals.<\/p>\n

\tGraphic design proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar tools) is a MUST
\n\tDigital marketing and social media management is a MUST
\n\tContent creation (graphics, videos and digital content)
\n\tCreativity and strong visual communication skills
\n\tCampaign planning and marketing coordination
\n\tBasic photography and videography skills
\n\tAnalytical and reporting skills
\n\tStrong skills in Market Research and Marketing to identify trends, customer needs, and strategies to enhance brand presence
\n\tExpertise in Social Media Marketing to manage campaigns, create engaging content, and increase online engagement<\/p>\n
