This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy and technical advisory.<\/p>\n
The successful candidate will be expected to:<\/p>\n
\tIdentify, pursue, and close project-based sales aligned with set targets
\n\tUnderstand construction and technical specifications to generate accurate, tailored quotations
\n\tNegotiate pricing and contract terms within company policy frameworks
\n\tConduct regular field visits to expand market reach and build strong contractor and consultant networks
\n\tProvide post-sale follow-up and technical support to ensure long-term client satisfaction
\n\tCollaborate closely with finance and dispatch teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
\n\tMaintain an active pipeline and submit structured sales reports
\n\tConduct market intelligence to support competitive positioning and management decision-making

We are looking for candidates with:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 3 years\u2019 experience in technical sales
\n\tBackground in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field
\n\tStrong knowledge of construction-related products and services
\n\tDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
\n\tStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
\n\tProficiency in Sage, Senri, and Microsoft Office tools
\n\tA valid driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
