Specifically, the Dealership Admin Intern at Peach will be trained to undertake the following tasks and activities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDocumentation Support:\u00a0Maintain records of dealership activities.
\n\tSales Support:\u00a0Draft sales agreements, contracts, and schedules as instructed by the dealership team.
\n\tFollow-Ups:\u00a0Communicate with account decision-makers to request outstanding documentation or information.
\n\tVehicle Listings:\u00a0Assist in photographing vehicles, collecting images, and uploading vehicle details and photos to Peach systems.
\n\tCoordination & Relationship Building:\u00a0Support vehicle viewings and maintain professional relationships with dealership agents and facilitators.<\/p>\n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
\n\tProficient in PC\/laptop use; typing speed of 40 WPM or higher.
\n\tFamiliarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Sheets\/Excel, Docs\/Word).
\n\tBasic data entry skills; experience in systems or administrative work is a plus.
\n\tAble to work efficiently and maintain accurate records.
\n\tExperience in photography and\/or vehicle sales is a plus!<\/p>\n
