Key Performance Areas<\/p>\n
Fixed Assets Management<\/p>\n
\tMaintain accurate records and custody of company books and assets.
\n\tConsolidate and update fixed asset data, ensuring accurate identification, valuation, and location details.
\n\tRecord all fixed asset acquisitions and disposals in a timely manner.
\n\tConduct verification exercises and asset stocktakes as required.
\n\tTrack and compile project costs into fixed asset accounts, ensuring proper appraisals.
\n\tMonitor and report on asset performance, capital expenditure, and alignment to plan.
\n\tPerform capital expenditure reconciliations for capitalization and write-offs.
\n\tSupport asset revaluations in line with applicable standards.
\n\tMaintain updated schedules for fixed assets and depreciation.
\n\tProvide accurate and timely reports for decision-making.<\/p>\n
Insurance Management<\/p>\n
\tEnsure adequate insurance coverage for all business requirements.
\n\tCoordinate initiation, follow-up, and closure of insurance claims.
\n\tProvide advisory on insurance needs and risk mitigation.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field.
\n\tCPA (K) or ACCA finalist (mandatory).
\n\tRegistered with ICPAK.
\n\tMinimum 10 years\u2019 general work experience.
\n\tAt least 3 years in fixed assets, accounting, or related roles within a manufacturing environment.<\/p>\n
