The position ensures that partner goals align with company objectives by managing the entire partnership lifecycle, from market research and opportunity sourcing to contract negotiation, implementation and relationships management.<\/p>\n<p>Job Description<\/p>\n<p>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n<p>Strategic partnership development<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentify, evaluate, and secure high-impact partnerships aligned with organizational growth objectives.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and implement partnership strategies tailored for different partner types, supporting business expansion, new market entry, and capability enhancement.<br \/>\n\tBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities across, including but not limited to corporations, NGOs, and government agencies<\/p>\n<p>Relationship management<\/p>\n<p>\tEstablish and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and clients.<br \/>\n\tServe as the primary point of contact to ensure partner satisfaction, engagement, and retention.<\/p>\n<p>Business development support<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport business development teams across different countries through strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth for Maisha and other product lines.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate with the membership desk to ensure accurate onboarding, renewal and database management of Maisha clients.<\/p>\n<p>Negotiation and contract management<\/p>\n<p>In consultation with the BD Manager:<\/p>\n<p>\tLead negotiations on partnership terms, agreements, and contracts.<br \/>\n\tEnsure partnerships are well structured to deliver sustainable commercial and strategic value<\/p>\n<p>Go-to-market and implementation<\/p>\n<p>\tCollaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to design and launch joint initiatives, co-developed products, and partnership solutions.<br \/>\n\tSupport smooth implementation and operationalization of partnership agreements.<\/p>\n<p>Performance monitoring and reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tDefine, track, and analyze partnership Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure performance, impact and return on investment (ROI).<br \/>\n\tProvide regular performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.<\/p>\n<p>Internal alignment and coordination<\/p>\n<p>\tEducate internal stakeholders on the value and opportunities for strategic partnerships.<br \/>\n\tFacilitate cross-functional coordination to integrate partner capabilities into company products and services.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>Education and Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in business administration or related studies from a recognized institution<br \/>\n\tBusiness related courses in customer services, insurance, finance, or administration is an added advantage.<br \/>\n\tMinimum of 5 years\u2019 work experience in a commercial company\/sales function, with relationship and stakeholders\u2019 management experience.<br \/>\n\tWork\u00a0experience in business development, account management, or alliance management is highly desirable<br \/>\n\tDemonstrated proficiency in Ms. Office and working knowledge of Customer Relations Management (CRM) system.<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge, Skills and Competencies<\/p>\n<p>\tDemonstrated leadership, professional maturity, and the ability to maintain sound judgement and objectivity.<br \/>\n\tRelationship building:\u00a0Proven ability to build trust and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.<br \/>\n\tCommunication and negotiation:\u00a0Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation capabilities.<br \/>\n\tBusiness acumen:\u00a0Strong understanding of market trends, business development, and strategic planning.<br \/>\n\tProject management:\u00a0Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.<br \/>\n\tStrong customer service skills<\/p>\n<p>Apply Through:<\/p>\n<p>jobs.smartrecruiters.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/jobs.smartrecruiters.com","_company_name":"AMREF Flying Doctors","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"AMREF Flying Doctors is the leading provider of fixed \u2013 wing air ambulance services in Africa.
