Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tReview research requests and interpret the required profile criteria (industry, seniority, and functional expertise).
\n\tIdentify relevant target companies, keywords, and job titles to guide LinkedIn searches.
\n\tSource relevant professional profiles using LinkedIn and online research.
\n\tAssess profile relevance based on experience, role scope, and alignment with the request.
\n\tDocument the search approach and rationale, including keywords, companies identified, and sourcing techniques used.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\t2\u20133 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment research, lead generation, or market research
\n\tDegree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, Research, or a related field\u00a0
\n\tStrong experience using LinkedIn for profile identification and research
\n\tAbility to interpret research briefs and translate them into structured search strategies
\n\tStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
\n\tExcellent attention to detail and profile evaluation ability
\n\tStrong written English communication skills for documenting research steps and rationale
\n\tComfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment
\n\tFamiliarity with Boolean search techniques and advanced LinkedIn filters<\/p>\n
