Key responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tMaintain accurate inventory records of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP) and finished products.
\n\tMonitor stock levels and raise timely action plans for inventory movement.
\n\tPerform daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile variances.
\n\tImplement FIFO principles in stock management
\n\tInspect materials for quality, damage, or deviation from specifications.
\n\tIssue materials to production departments based on rolling plan.
\n\tMaintain accurate records of production and transfer of stock.
\n\tGenerate daily stock reports for production and management.
\n\tInvestigate and report stock discrepancies, losses, or damage.
\n\tWork closely with production planners to ensure correct material availability as scheduled.
\n\tTrack WIP movement from rolling, galvanizing, or finishing stages.
\n\tUpdate SAP with real-time stock movement.
\n\tEnsure safe, efficient stacking and labelling of products according to size, class or thickness.
\n\tMaintain a clean, orderly, and compliant storage environment.
\n\tSupport loading and offloading activities while ensuring accuracy of transferred quantities.
\n\tParticipate in safety audits, housekeeping inspections, and quality control activities.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\u00a0Minimum Requirements \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMinimum academic qualification: Diploma in supply chain or store keeping or related field
\n\tGeneral work experience (years): 3-5years
\n\tSpecific to the position (level\/discipline\/years): 3 years hands on experience
\n\tIndustry: FMCG \/ Manufacturing \/ Construction<\/p>\n
