\n\tEnsure successful implementation and transition of projects into daily operations.<\/p>\n
Product Ownership<\/p>\n
\tAct as Product Owner for operational tools and system improvements.
\n\tDefine product requirements, user stories, and workflows.
\n\tWork closely with development teams to prioritize features and ensure solutions meet operational needs.
\n\tOversee testing, rollout, and operational handover.<\/p>\n
Process Development<\/p>\n
\tDesign and improve scalable operational processes for debt collection teams.
\n\tIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and automation.
\n\tEstablish clear operational procedures and standards for collection activities.<\/p>\n
Data & Performance<\/p>\n
\tMonitor operational KPIs and project outcomes.
\n\tUse data insights to identify improvement opportunities.
\n\tImplement solutions that improve collection performance and operational productivity.<\/p>\n
Operational Improvements<\/p>\n
Support initiatives such as:<\/p>\n
\tImplementing digital tools that enhance communication with clients.
\n\tOptimizing call center and field collection processes.
\n\tImproving systems for portfolio monitoring and case tracking.
\n\tDeveloping scalable onboarding and training processes for collection agents.

What you will need:<\/p>\n
\t3+ years of experience\u00a0in project management, product management, operations improvement, or debt collection.
\n\tExperience working with\u00a0technology teams or digital products.
\n\tStrong organizational and problem-solving skills.
\n\tAbility to manage\u00a0multiple complex projects simultaneously.
\n\tExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
\n\tData-driven mindset\u00a0with the ability to translate insights into operational improvements.<\/p>\n
