QUALIFICATIONS\/JOB REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience in commercial or social marketing.
\n\tCertificate in marketing, business administration or related field from a reputable institution will be an added advantage.
\n\tFamiliarity with various sanitation technologies and demonstrated work experience in implementing hygiene promotion\/hygiene education programs.
\n\tExcellent communication skills, including the ability to explain and present technical information.
\n\tExperience in capacity building and training of community.
\n\tExperience in hygiene promotion or providing hygiene education.
\n\tSubstantial previous experience, with a satisfactory performance in marketing
\n\tUnderstanding of advocacy, beneficiary selection, land and shelter issues.
\n\tMust be able to prioritize and have excellent multitasking, documentation and reporting skills.
\n\tExcellent working knowledge in Microsoft Office.
\n\tAbility to remain focused under pressure with a commitment to work hard and for long hours.
\n\tFamiliar with Urban CLT and PHAST approaches.
\n\tAbility to demonstrate basic skills of households and plots engagement and mobilization into practice.
\n\tAbility to effectively liaise with local government, households, plots and community leaders and other stakeholders and conduct hygiene promotion for households and plots owners.<\/p>\n

SKILLS<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Excellent working knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially MS-Excel.
\n\tExcellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English and Swahili; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
