Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
\n\tIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in export markets, Europe and Middle East markets..
\n\tMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
\n\tPrepare and implement annual sales forecasts, budgets, and performance plans.
\n\tDrive profitability through pricing strategies and cost management
\n\tManage export documentation, regulatory compliance, and trade requirements.
\n\tCoordinate with logistics partners to ensure efficient export operations.
\n\tParticipate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and market visits
\n\tDevelop and manage a strong distribution network internationally..
\n\tNegotiate international\u00a0 contracts, pricing, and supply agreements.
\n\tEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
\n\tHandle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
\n\tLead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team.
\n\tSet performance targets and monitor individual and team performance.
\n\tProvide coaching, training, and development to improve sales effectiveness.
\n\tFoster a high-performance and results-oriented culture.<\/p>\n
Qualifications.<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Agribusiness, International Business, or a related field.
\n\tMinimum\u00a05 years\u00a0sales experience in\u00a0fresh produce export.
\n\tKnowledge of European or Middle East buyer behavior.
\n\tProfessional certification in Sales, Marketing, or Export Trade will be an added advantage.
\n\tDemonstrated track record in achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
\n\tStrong commercial and business development skills
\n\tExport trade knowledge and international market exposure<\/p>\n
