\tCore Platform Architecture<\/p>\n
\t\tLead backend engineering using Laravel as the primary framework.
\n\t\tArchitect modular, service-oriented systems designed for scale.
\n\t\tDesign database structures that support operational accuracy and financial integrity.
\n\t\tMake principled decisions balancing performance, cost, and maintainability.<\/p>\n
\tERP & Enterprise Integrations<\/p>\n
\t\tArchitect and manage integration with ERP systems (inventory, finance, procurement).
\n\t\tDesign secure APIs that synchronize POS, accounting, supply chain, CRM, and third-party services.\u00a0
\n\t\tEnsure transactional consistency and reconciliation across systems.
\n\t\tImplement real-time and scheduled synchronization logic.
\n\t\tEstablish structured data governance and validation protocols.<\/p>\n
\tPerformance & Reliability Engineering<\/p>\n
\t\tOptimize query performance and indexing strategies (PostgreSQL\/MySQL).
\n\t\tImplement intelligent caching strategies (Redis, in-memory, queue workers).\u00a0
\n\t\tDesign systems for predictable uptime and graceful failure handling.
\n\t\tEmbed logging, monitoring, and performance telemetry into production systems.<\/p>\n
\tDevOps & Delivery Discipline<\/p>\n
\t\tOperate within Dockerized environments.
\n\t\tContribute to structured CI\/CD pipelines.
\n\t\tMaintain strict environment segregation (development, staging, production).\u00a0
\n\t\tSupport stable, frequent releases with rollback and observability safeguards.<\/p>\n
\tTechnical Leadership<\/p>\n
\t\tMentor engineers and elevate coding standards.
\n\t\tTranslate operational complexity into structured engineering execution plans.
\n\t\tPartner with operations and finance leaders to design systems aligned to real business workflows.

Technical Profile<\/p>\n
Core Requirements<\/p>\n

\t5\u20138+ years building production-grade systems.
\n\tAdvanced proficiency in Laravel and PHP (core stack requirement).
\n\tDemonstrated experience integrating ERP and enterprise platforms.
\n\tStrong relational database design experience (PostgreSQL\/MySQL).
\n\tRESTful API architecture and secure authentication patterns.
\n\tCI\/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).
\n\tCloud infrastructure experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).<\/p>\n
