Our client is a premium hospitality company operating in the luxury hotel sector, providing exceptional services to both local and international guests. The company prides itself on maintaining high standards in service, food, and guest experience.They are currently looking for a Storekeeper to manage and maintain the hotel\u2019s inventory, ensuring that all goods and materials are well-stocked, properly stored, and readily available for operational needs.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tReceive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods and materials to ensure they meet quality and quantity standards.
\n\tRecord and update inventory accurately in the stock management system or manual registers.
\n\tOrganize the store to ensure easy access to items while preventing damage, loss, or spoilage.
\n\tMonitor stock levels regularly and notify management when items need replenishment.
\n\tIssue materials and supplies to various departments as requested, ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
\n\tConduct regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
\n\tEnsure that all stored items comply with safety, hygiene, and security standards.
\n\tCollaborate with the procurement team by providing accurate stock reports and assisting in planning orders.
\n\tMaintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment at all times.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
\n\tMinimum 1\u20132 years\u2019 experience as a storekeeper in a hospitality or related environment.
\n\tStrong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and record-keeping.
\n\tAttention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
\n\tBasic computer literacy and familiarity with ERP or stock management systems.<\/p>\n
