The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives aligned with the hotel\u2019s commercial objectives.
\n\tProactively identify and secure new business across corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), and leisure segments.
\n\tDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
\n\tConduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations.
\n\tParticipate in trade shows, networking events, and industry forums.
\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts, travel agents, and event planners.
\n\tNegotiate contracts, rates, and agreements in line with hotel policies.
\n\tEnsure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
\n\tWork closely with Revenue Management to ensure pricing strategies are competitive and aligned with market demand.
\n\tMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
\n\tPrepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
\n\tLiaise with Reservations, Front Office, and F&B teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
\n\tCoordinate with the Events\/Conference team to ensure successful execution of group bookings and functions.
\n\tSupport marketing campaigns and promotional activities.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
\n\tMinimum 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in hotel sales.
\n\tStrong understanding of the local and international hospitality market.
\n\tExperience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.<\/p>\n
