\n\tDefine and embed clear execution standards across CFUs (prioritisation, call discipline, coverage models, execution cadence)
\n\tStrengthen execution rigor in distributor, territory, and channel management
\n\tEnsure consistency in execution practices while allowing for market-level adaptation
\n\tDistributor & Channel Performance
\n\tDrive distributor segmentation and prioritisation in partnership with Go-to-Market and Commercial Insights
\n\tEstablish performance expectations for priority distributors
\n\tSupport CFUs in improving sell-out execution and distributor effectiveness
\n\tPerformance Routines & Governance
\n\tDesign and embed effective commercial routines (monthly performance reviews, execution check-ins)
\n\tPartner with Commercial Insights to ensure reviews are data-led and action-oriented
\n\tIdentify execution gaps early and support corrective actions
\n\tCapability & Ways of Working
\n\tBuild execution capability through playbooks, tools, and coaching
\n\tSupport the shift from activity-based selling to priority- and outcome-based execution
\n\tReinforce a performance culture grounded in focus, accountability, and follow-through. Leveraging on AI in strengthening sales and commercial performance across the team.<\/p>\n

Experience, Skills and Qualifications<\/p>\n
\t6\u201310 years\u2019 experience in sales execution, commercial excellence, or sales operations
\n\tStrong understanding of distributor-based go-to-market models
\n\tExperience driving execution discipline in emerging or transforming markets
\n\tPractical, field-oriented, and comfortable influence without authority
\n\tMasters\/ Degree in business, marketing, or related field.<\/p>\n
