RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
As an Associate Market Access Specialist, you will:<\/p>\n
\tIncrease efficiency in the management of stroke patients,
\n\tsupport hospitals, EMS, and healthcare professionals with continuous training and organizational tools,
\n\tpromote new diagnostic and treatment guidelines to hospitals as an expert Therapeutic Consultant,
\n\tpromote quality monitoring programs to ensure consistent performance of hospitals and EMS,
\n\textend the reach of the project to new hospitals,
\n\tlead multidisciplinary stroke teams through continuous improvement,
\n\timprove therapeutic protocols in major hospitals.<\/p>\n
REQUIRED SKILLS:<\/p>\n
\tStrong scientific background \u2013 ideally PhD in Neuroscience,
\n\thigh motivation with strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills,
\n\tfluency in English,
\n\tflexible, solution-oriented with problem-solving skills,
\n\taccountability and ownership,
\n\tresilient and able to operate effectively in fast-paced environments,
\n\texperience in the healthcare environment, including work with healthcare organizations and healthcare professionals,
\n\tactively seeks opportunities to improve processes and outcomes,
\n\tvalid Kenyan driving license; experienced driver,
\n\tavailability to travel up to 70% of the time,
\n\teligibility to work full time in Kenya.<\/p>\n
