Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers according to established recipes and standards.
\n\tCreate and recommend cocktails, signature drinks, and beverage pairings to enhance the customer experience.
\n\tInteract with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing excellent service.
\n\tMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and equipment.
\n\tMonitor stock levels of beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies and report shortages when necessary.
\n\tEnsure compliance with legal drinking age regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
\n\tWork closely with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth bar operations.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Requirements<\/p>\n
\tProven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
\n\tStrong knowledge of cocktail preparation, drink recipes, and beverage presentation.
\n\tExcellent customer service and communication skills.
\n\tAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders efficiently.
\n\tGood organizational and multitasking abilities.
\n\tKnowledge of bar equipment, sanitation standards, and responsible alcohol service.<\/p>\n
