Fanikisha Micro Finance Bank is a non-deposit taking Microfinance institution that currently advances loan facilities to Micro Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loans Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in evaluating and processing loan applications while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to our lending policies.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tIdentify potential clients and market various loan products.
\n\tEvaluate and appraise the creditworthiness of clients.
\n\tConduct home and business premise visits prior to loan disbursement.
\n\tCommunicate with clients to collect all necessary information before granting loans.
\n\tAssist clients in filling out loan application forms and compiling supporting documents.
\n\tDevelop referral networks to attract future clients.
\n\tFoster trust and build strong relationships to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
\n\tAssess customer needs and explore all available options for our diverse loan products.
\n\tReview delinquent accounts and maintain a low portfolio at risk (PAR).
\n\tConduct ongoing debt collection and recovery efforts for the loan portfolio.
\n\tServe as the liaison officer between clients and Fanikisha Microfinance Bank<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree\/Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
\n\t1-2 years of experience in a loans officer or similar role.
\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\tProficient in customer service and relationship management.
\n\tKnowledge of credit assessment and loan processing.
\n\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
\n\tProficient in Microsoft Office Suite<\/p>\n
