RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tOperate the assigned PSV safely and responsibly while strictly adhering to all traffic laws and road safety regulations.
\n\tTransport passengers along designated routes, ensuring their constant safety, comfort, and security.
\n\tPerform daily pre-trip vehicle inspections, checking critical components like brakes, tyres, and fuel levels.
\n\tMaintain full compliance with PSV licensing, carrying a valid license, badge, insurance, and inspection certificates at all times.
\n\tKeep the vehicle’s interior and exterior clean and presentable for passengers.
\n\tPromptly report mechanical faults, accidents, security incidents, or passenger disputes to management.
\n\tFollow all company operational procedures, avoiding reckless driving, overloading, or substance abuse.
\n\tCooperate fully with investigations and provide accurate incident reports when required.
\n\tEnsure the vehicle is in optimal working condition and report any damages or maintenance needs immediately.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tValid Driving License with D1, D2, or D3 endorsements.
\n\tMinimum of 3-5 years of proven experience operating public service vehicles.
\n\tExtensive knowledge of traffic laws and road safety regulations.
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\tHigh level of integrity, responsibility, and professional discipline.
\n\tProficiency in defensive driving techniques.
\n\tStrong commitment to customer service and passenger satisfaction.
\n\tDemonstrated reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
\n\tProactive problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
\n\tStrong focus on passenger safety and overall vehicle security.<\/p>\n
