Role Overview<\/p>\n
The UAT Coordinator is responsible for managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for core banking implementations or upgrades (T24\/Temenos). The role ensures that business users validate system functionality against real banking scenarios and regulatory requirements before go-live.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and manage UAT strategy and execution timelines
\n\tCoordinate UAT activities across business units
\n\tTranslate business requirements into UAT scenarios
\n\tEnsure availability of UAT environments and test data
\n\tFacilitate UAT sessions and defect triage
\n\tTrack execution progress and provide reports
\n\tManage UAT defect lifecycle
\n\tEnsure regulatory scenarios are tested
\n\tCoordinate business sign-off
\n\tSupport training and change management<\/p>\n
Key Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business, IT, or related field
\n\t4\u20137 years\u2019 experience in UAT coordination within banking projects
\n\tHands-on experience with T24\/Temenos
\n\tStrong understanding of banking operations
\n\tFamiliarity with SDLC and testing lifecycle
\n\tExperience with tools such as JIRA or HP ALM
\n\tExcellent stakeholder management skills<\/p>\n
