Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Chemistry, Laboratory Sciences, or a related field.
\n\tMinimum 7-10 years of experience in operations management or general management.
\n\tExperience in laboratory equipment, medical devices, scientific supplies, or technical product distribution is highly preferred.
\n\tStrong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
\n\tExperience in procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations.
\n\tStrong financial and business management skills.
\n\tExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
\n\tKnowledge of laboratory equipment and scientific instrumentation markets.
\n\tExperience working with research institutions, hospitals, universities, or laboratories.
\n\tAbility to build systems, scale operations, and improve efficiency.<\/p>\n
Role & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tOperations & Supply Chain Management: Oversee daily operations including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution to ensure efficient supply chain performance.
\n\tProduct & Inventory Oversight: Manage product lines including borosilicate glassware, laboratory equipment, plasticware, chemistry sets, and analytical instruments while ensuring proper stock levels and product availability.
\n\tBusiness Operations & Performance: Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall business performance.
\n\tTeam Leadership & Management: Lead and supervise teams across sales, warehouse, procurement, and administration to maintain smooth and coordinated operations.
\n\tSupplier & Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, research institutions, laboratories, universities, and hospitals.
\n\tMarket Development & Sales Support: Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth within research institutions, laboratories, and healthcare sectors.
\n\tFinancial Oversight & Reporting: Manage operational budgets, monitor performance metrics, and prepare operational reports for leadership.<\/p>\n
