We are a hiring for the role of Marketing Manager for a Hospitality Solutions company. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen the brand presence in Kenya. This role requires a strong understanding of the local hospitality industry, including hotels, safari lodges, and urban food & beverage businesses.
\nKey Responsibilities <\/p>\n
Market Strategy & Execution <\/p>\n
\tDevelop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the Kenyan markets
\n\tIdentify opportunities across key segments such as hotels, lodges, restaurants, and tourism operators
\n\tTrack industry trends including tourism seasonality, domestic travel, and international visitor patterns<\/p>\n
Brand & Local Positioning <\/p>\n
\tBuild a strong, recognizable brand within Kenya\u2019s hospitality ecosystem
\n\tEnsure messaging resonates with local business owners, operators, and decision-makers<\/p>\n
Digital & Performance Marketing <\/p>\n
\tManage digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook (widely used in Kenya)
\n\tOptimize campaigns for lead generation and conversions
\n\tOversee website, SEO, and email marketing initiatives<\/p>\n
Lead Generation & B2B Growth <\/p>\n
\tDrive B2B marketing initiatives targeting hotel groups, independent properties, and F&B businesses
\n\tWork closely with the sales team to generate and nurture high-quality leads
\n\tSupport proposal development and client presentations<\/p>\n
Partnerships & Industry Engagement <\/p>\n
\tBuild relationships with key industry bodies such as hospitality and tourism associations
\n\tRepresent the company at trade events, expos, and networking forums (e.g., hospitality and tourism exhibitions in Kenya)
\n\tDevelop partnerships with complementary service providers<\/p>\n
Content & Communications <\/p>\n
\tCreate locally relevant content including case studies, success stories, and marketing materials
\n\tManage PR and media engagement with regional business and hospitality publications<\/p>\n
Team & Vendor Management <\/p>\n
\tLead internal marketing staff and coordinate with external agencies, designers, and media partners
\n\tManage budgets effectively with a strong focus on ROI<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Requirements <\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
\n\t5\u20138 years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality, tourism, or B2B services in Kenya
\n\tStrong understanding of the Kenyan market and customer behavior
\n\tExperience managing digital campaigns and using analytics tools
\n\tProven ability to drive lead generation and business growth
\n\tExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills<\/p>\n
