We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Intern to join our Accounts Payable team. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial operations and the opportunity to gain practical knowledge in accounts payable processes. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has strong organizational skills, and has completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tAssist in processing vendor invoices and ensuring timely and accurate payment
\n\tMatch invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts
\n\tHelp maintain and update accounts payable records and documentation
\n\tSupport reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies with vendors
\n\tAssist in preparing payment runs and ensuring compliance with company policies
\n\tRespond to internal and external inquiries regarding payments and account status
\n\tHelp with monthly closing activities related to accounts payable
\n\tSupport the finance team with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tCompleted a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
\n\tCompleted or currently pursuing CPA qualification
\n\tUnderstanding of accounting principles
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and other MS Office applications
\n\tStrong attention to detail and organizational skills
\n\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tPrevious internship or coursework related to accounting or finance
\n\tFamiliarity with ERP or accounting software (e.g., MBC, SAP, Oracle)<\/p>\n
