Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tOriginate and grow a quality loan portfolio in line with company credit policies
\n\tConduct detailed credit appraisal, financial analysis, and risk assessment
\n\tPrepare and submit credit proposals for approval
\n\tEnsure proper loan documentation, disbursement, and compliance with internal controls
\n\tMonitor and manage the loan portfolio, ensuring strong repayment performance
\n\tExecute collections and recovery strategies to maintain low default levels
\n\tBuild and maintain a credible and performing client base
\n\tContribute to overall branch performance, growth, and profitability<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
\n\tMinimum 2\u20134 years\u2019 experience in lending within a non-deposit taking microfinance institution
\n\tProven track record in credit appraisal, loan processing, and collections
\n\tStrong understanding of credit risk management principles
\n\tDemonstrated ability to maintain a high-quality loan portfolio
\n\tHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail<\/p>\n
