Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tServe as a primary point of contact between customers, distribution centers, sales managers, and internal teams
\n\tAnswer incoming calls and emails in a courteous, accurate, and timely manner
\n\tProcess garage\u00a0 orders and quotes with a strong focus on accuracy and turnaround time.
\n\tPrepare orders for invoicing and complete invoicing as required.
\n\tMaintain strong working relationships with\u00a0 customers and distribution centers.
\n\tSupport issue resolution related to pricing, quality, order changes, or delivery timing
\n\tCommunicate customer feedback, complaints, and order updates to the appropriate departments
\n\tMaintain activity goals and productivity standards.
\n\tProvide peer support to other Customer Care team members as needed<\/p>\n
Qualifications.<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Degree in Business related field\u00a0
\n\tMinimum one\u00a0 (1) years of customer service experience in a\u00a0garage .
\n\tStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
\n\tAbility to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
\n\tStrong customer focus and professional communication skills
\n\tHigh attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
\n\tAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote setting
\n\tProblem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently<\/p>\n
