By shaping a future-facing digital journey, this role ensures sponsors are inspired, engaged, and connected to the children and communities they support.<\/p>\n<p>Acting as the sponsor\u2019s advocate, the role translates insights, content, and engagement trends into a compelling experience roadmap. It partners with Support Offices, digital enablement, and technical teams to bring sponsor experience priorities to life. Beyond features and functions, this role focuses on storytelling, emotional connection, and impact &#8211; creating digital journeys that foster loyalty and retention.<\/p>\n<p>While the App and Portal are the primary focus (90%), the role also ensures they connect seamlessly with Support Office digital opportunities (10%), strengthening cohesion and creating a unified sponsor journey across touchpoints.<\/p>\n<p>KEY RESPONSIBILITES:<\/p>\n<p>Shape Sponsor Experience Vision &amp; Strategy<\/p>\n<p>End Results<\/p>\n<p>\tA clear, future-focused vision for the Sponsor App &amp; Portal is developed and championed.<br \/>\n\tSponsor journeys are inspiring, intuitive, and aligned with WV\u2019s mission and brand.<br \/>\n\tStakeholders rally around a shared digital engagement roadmap that balances sponsor needs and organizational goals.<\/p>\n<p>Lead Sponsor Insights &amp; Engagement Design<\/p>\n<p>End Results<\/p>\n<p>\tSponsor insights, research, and feedback directly shape digital journeys and priorities.<br \/>\n\tSponsors experience deeper connection, trust, and retention through meaningful interactions.<br \/>\n\tSponsor needs are consistently translated into engaging, value-driven experiences.<\/p>\n<p>Guide Content &amp; Impact Storytelling Strategy<\/p>\n<p>End Results<\/p>\n<p>\tDigital experiences bring the sponsorship story arc (problem, plan, progress) to life in compelling ways.<br \/>\n\tContent strategies highlight transformation, impact, and sponsor value, creating emotional resonance.<br \/>\n\tBest practices are established for integrating storytelling seamlessly into the app and portal.<\/p>\n<p>Drive Collaboration with Support Offices (SOs)<\/p>\n<p>End Results<\/p>\n<p>\tSOs are aligned on common goals and actively shape the sponsor experience strategy.<br \/>\n\tGlobal collaboration frameworks ensure balance between consistency and local flexibility.<br \/>\n\tSOs feel ownership and shared accountability in delivering outstanding sponsor experiences.<\/p>\n<p>Champion Innovation, Measurement &amp; Optimization<\/p>\n<p>\tDigital engagement trends are translated into meaningful, future-ready improvements.<br \/>\n\tSponsor experience KPIs (e.g., engagement, satisfaction, retention) are defined and tracked.<br \/>\n\tData-driven insights continuously inform refinements and innovation across the platform.<\/p>\n<p>REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s in Digital Product Strategy, Marketing, Communications, Human-Centered Design, or related field.
