JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tReceive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes
\n\tEnsure accuracy and completeness of inbound materials before acceptance into the warehouse
\n\tCoordinate with procurement and warehouse teams on all incoming shipments
\n\tReport any discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly
\n\tUpdate and maintain accurate inventory records in the system
\n\tSupport periodic stock audits and stocktaking activities
\n\tEnsure proper storage and organization of received goods
\n\tMaintain 6S standards within the receiving and warehouse area
\n\tPerform daily and monthly stock checks
\n\tAny other duties assigned by management<\/p>\n
EDUCATION AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
\n\tAt least 1 year of experience in a busy warehouse, preferably in a receiving role<\/p>\n
KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:<\/p>\n
\tFluent in both written and spoken English
\n\tProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and inventory systems
\n\tStrong attention to detail and accuracy
\n\tGood communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills
\n\tHigh level of integrity
\n\tTeam player with the ability to work under minimal supervision
\n\tSelf-motivated and organized<\/p>\n
