Prospecting & Research<\/p>\n
\tUse LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Crunchbase, or similar tools to build lead lists.
\n\tResearch accounts and contacts to identify decision-makers and tailor outreach by industry, persona, and use case.<\/p>\n
Outbound Outreach:<\/p>\n
\tExecute 60\u2013100 daily touchpoints across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video messages.
\n\tWrite and personalize outbound emails using tools like Outreach.io, SalesLoft, HubSpot Sequences, or Apollo.
\n\tConduct 30\u201340 cold calls per day with clear scripts and objection-handling frameworks.<\/p>\n
Campaign Management:<\/p>\n
\tBuild and test multi-step cadences (5\u201310 touchpoints over 10\u201315 days).
\n\tA\/B test subject lines, CTAs, and call scripts for effectiveness.
\n\tTrack and optimize reply rates, conversion rates, and booked meetings.<\/p>\n
CRM & Data Management:<\/p>\n
\tLog all activities in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
\n\tUpdate lead and account records with accurate notes, stages, and outcomes.
\n\tMaintain pipeline hygiene by closing out stale leads and refreshing lists.<\/p>\n
Collaboration:<\/p>\n
\tWork with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities.
\n\tAlign with marketing on lead quality, messaging, and campaign feedback.
\n\tShare insights from conversations to inform product and market strategy.<\/p>\n

\t1\u20132 years in SDR, BDR, or outbound lead generation roles.
\n\tProficiency with at least one sales engagement platform (Outreach.io, SalesLoft, HubSpot, Apollo).
\n\tExperience making cold calls and managing outbound campaigns.
\n\tFamiliarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).<\/p>\n
