Strategic HR, Capability & Performance<\/p>\n
\tLead competency framework design, skills mapping within the skill matrix framework, and workforce capability planning
\n\tOwn performance management systems, productivity measurement, and talent reviews
\n\tDrive succession planning and leadership pipeline development<\/p>\n
Training & Talent Development<\/p>\n
\tTake leadership of the talent management framework
\n\tOversee training strategy and coordinate with training coordinator and external partners
\n\tMeasure training effectiveness and return on investment (ROI)
\n\tEnsure workforce skills align with operational and business needs<\/p>\n
Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement<\/p>\n
\tReview HR dashboards and trend analysis to inform decisions
\n\tChampion HR process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives
\n\tDrive C.I culture across people processes<\/p>\n
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement<\/p>\n
\tCoach line managers on performance, capability, and people leadership<\/p>\n
Risk Management & Governance<\/p>\n
\tOwn, maintain, and regularly update the HR risk register in line with organizational risk management frameworks
\n\tIdentify, assess, and monitor people-related risks including skills gaps, succession risk, compliance exposure, industrial relations, talent attrition, and capability constraints
\n\tWork with functional leaders to define mitigation actions, owners, and timelines for identified HR risks
\n\tTrack effectiveness of risk mitigation actions and escalate high-risk or overdue items to senior management
\n\tEnsure HR risks are reviewed periodically and incorporated into business planning and performance reviews<\/p>\n
Safety & Ethical Operations<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals aligned to AVA\u2019s vision and strategic objectives
\n\tActively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, problem-solving activities, and operational excellence projects in line with World Class Manufacturing principles
\n\tDemonstrate commitment to Safety, Health, Environment, and Sustainability by ensuring no harm to people, protecting the environment, and using resources efficiently
\n\tUphold ethical and responsible operations by respecting people, maintaining transparency, and supporting best SHE practices as a core business priority
\n\tImplement and sustain 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) within the work area, including daily 5S checks, proper labeling and storage, and escalation of recurring deviations
\n\tEnsure visual management tools are accurate, visible, up to date, and aligned to AVA standards
\n\tMaintain live tracking of key metrics, actions, and issues to support corrective actions and informed decision-making<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience required<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in human resources or related field
\n\tMinimum 7 years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
\n\tStrong experience in performance management, talent development, and workforce planning
\n\tCHRP or equivalent professional certification preferred<\/p>\n
