Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tProcess and manage compensation for multiple clients with accuracy and speed.
\n\tEnsure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
\n\tHandle deductions, levies, and related calculations.
\n\tSupport clients with system navigation and compensation-related questions.
\n\tPrepare quarterly and year\u2011end reports.
\n\tDeliver professional, timely, and high\u2011quality customer service.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 6 months of experience in compensation, payroll taxes, or similar roles (mandatory).
\n\tAdvanced or strong English level.
\n\tStrong attention to detail, organization, and problem\u2011solving skills.
\n\tPrevious customer service experience.
\n\tA related degree or certification is a strong plus (Accounting, Finance, Business, HR, etc.).<\/p>\n
