Key responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tProgramme leadership & delivery
\n\tLead end-to-end delivery of the household connections programme across multiple counties.
\n\tDevelop and manage implementation plans, timelines and critical paths to ensure milestones are met.
\n\tCoordinate technical, operational and field teams to deliver installations safely, efficiently and to standard.
\n\tIdentify risks early and drive mitigation actions to maintain programme progress.
\n\tProduct & implementation development
\n\tSupport refinement of the household connection product and delivery model based on field learning and data.
\n\tEnsure product design is operationally practical, scalable and cost-efficient.
\n\tTeam building & management
\n\tRecruit, onboard and manage programme staff and field teams required for rollout.
\n\tProvide structure, direction and performance oversight to ensure teams deliver effectively.
\n\tFoster a results-oriented, accountable team culture.
\n\tPerformance tracking & analysis
\n\tCreate an operational dashboard to track performance.
\n\tDefine, monitor and report on key programme metrics (e.g. installations completed, adoption rates, system performance).
\n\tUse data to guide prioritisation, identify bottlenecks and improve execution.
\n\tFinancial & planning oversight
\n\tDevelop and maintain basic programme financial models and budgets.
\n\tTrack programme costs and ensure activities remain within approved parameters.
\n\tUse financial data to support scenario planning.
\n\tStakeholder coordination & reporting
\n\tPrepare and deliver structured updates for the eWATER board and external stakeholders including funders.
\n\tEnsure accurate and timely reporting on progress, risks and performance.
\n\tCoordinate with county partners and other stakeholders as required to enable smooth rollout.<\/p>\n
Skills and experience<\/p>\n
Required<\/p>\n
\t4+ years\u2019 experience delivering complex programmes, projects or operations.
\n\tDemonstrated track record of leading multi-workstream initiatives to completion.
\n\tStrong logical skillset and ability to work flexibly.
\n\tExperience managing teams and driving performance.
\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving ability.
\n\tComfort working with data, trackers and basic financial models.
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/p>\n
