\n\tIdentify and assess funding opportunities through research, internal review processes, and concise briefing materials to support go\/no-go decisions.
\n\tMaintain and strengthen the fundraising pipeline by tracking opportunities and ensuring systems and information are up to date for effective pursuit.
\n\tCoordinate internal responses to donor requirements, including due diligence, documentation, and information requests across teams.
\n\tTrack grant requirements and timelines to ensure timely, organized compliance with donor communications and reporting obligations.<\/p>\n
What We Are Looking For<\/p>\n
\t5+ years of experience in fundraising, grant writing, partnerships, or development.
\n\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in International Development,\u00a0International Relations,\u00a0Public Policy, or related field.
\n\tAn individual who is organized, curious, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, writing, researching new opportunities, and building systems that help teams\u00a0operate\u00a0more effectively.\u00a0
\n\tA strong writer who can translate complex ideas into clear, compelling materials such as concept notes and proposals. One who takes pride in producing writing that is thoughtful, precise, and easy to understand.
\n\tSkilled at noticing inconsistencies, gaps, or unclear arguments in written materials and instinctively work to strengthen them.\u00a0
\n\tComfortable researching opportunities, synthesizing information, and helping teams assess which opportunities are worth pursuing.
\n\tA detail-oriented individual who enjoys maintaining systems that track opportunities, deadlines, and donor requirements.<\/p>\n
