Key Responsibilities\u00a0<\/p>\n
Dispatch and Logistics coordination<\/p>\n
\tTo liaise with the planning and operations team for truck planning\/placement of trucks for Local \/ Upcountry dispatches
\n\tTo request transporter for appropriate truck by confirming the product to be dispatched
\n\tTo liaise with the transporter for the placement of trucks on time
\n\tTo\u00a0 monitor\u00a0 truck\u00a0 movement\u00a0 from\u00a0 the dispatch\u00a0 date\u00a0 \/\u00a0 time\u00a0 till\u00a0 it\u00a0 exits\u00a0 and\u00a0 liaise\u00a0 with the transporter for required action
\n\tTo liaise with the service centre\/upcountry office for dispatch as requested
\n\tEscalate challenges faced in arranging the truck and take corrective action<\/p>\n
Documentation & SAP Compliance<\/p>\n
\tTo\u00a0 generate\u00a0 Delivery\u00a0 Note,\u00a0 Gate\u00a0 Pass\u00a0 &\u00a0 Loading\u00a0 Slip\u00a0 as\u00a0 per\u00a0 the\u00a0 Sales\u00a0 Order\/STOs quantity requirement in SAP
\n\tTo reconcile the STO and Dispatches on fortnight monthly basis and ensure closure
\n\tTo process the clearing agent invoice after the due verification process and acceptance of all required documents<\/p>\n
Management of Stocks in Sales Storage Location<\/p>\n
\tTo keep tabs of Material & Stocks received from Production to Sales Location
\n\tTo carry out Monthly physical Stock Count.
\n\tTo enter the count in the system & generate the Sales Storage Location inventory document in SAP for further approval & adjustments.<\/p>\n
Customer Relation<\/p>\n
\tTo keep customer updated on the truck dispatch.
\n\tTo provide \/ submit required documents to customer for receipt
\n\tTo liaise with customer for documentation support \/ timely clearance of documents for truck from point of Loading.<\/p>\n
File management<\/p>\n
\tEstablish & maintain an effective filing system for easy reference at all times
\n\tMaintain a chronological numbering of Local Sales Invoices\/STO\u2019s and be able to keep records of all for purposes of determining
\n\tReview policy periodically and recommend changes if required
\n\tAll\u00a0 related\u00a0 file\u00a0 from\u00a0 process\u00a0 start\u00a0 to\u00a0 end\u00a0 process\u00a0 should\u00a0 be\u00a0 kept\u00a0 and\u00a0 secured\u00a0 at appropriate location<\/p>\n
Systems and Procedures<\/p>\n
\tTo\u00a0 ensure\u00a0 full\u00a0 compliance\u00a0 with\u00a0 Environment,\u00a0 Health\u00a0 and\u00a0 Safety\u00a0 (EHS)\u00a0 regulations, Contractors policy, ISO process flow
\n\tTo\u00a0 ensure\u00a0 compliance\u00a0 of all\u00a0 internal\u00a0 policies\u00a0 in place,\u00a0 at\u00a0 all\u00a0 time\u00a0 and ensure\u00a0 same practice from subordinates
\n\tTo\u00a0 liaise and\u00a0 establish\u00a0 links\u00a0 with\u00a0 external bodies to\u00a0 research on best\u00a0 practices\u00a0 and deliver continuous improvement
\n\tTo implement, manage and monitor performance management information with a view to ensuring that continuous improvement is achieved within the section.<\/p>\n
Management Reporting<\/p>\n
\tPreparation and submission of Monthly Reports \/ as required to Seniors, for Open \/ Close STOs, Delivery Note \/ Invoicing, Stocks, SAP compliance management
\n\tMonthly, Weekly, as required Truck movement\/dispatch report<\/p>\n

Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMinimum academic qualification: \u00a0Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Supply Chain Management
\n\tGeneral work experience (years): 3-5 \u00a0years
\n\tSpecific to the position (level\/discipline\/years): 3 years
