Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tLead business development in HR outsourcing, recruitment, payroll, and talent solutions.
\n\tIdentify new opportunities and grow a robust client portfolio across sectors.
\n\tDevelop and execute country-level sales strategies aligned with regional growth goals.
\n\tBuild and maintain trusted relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
\n\tCollaborate with internal teams on proposals, pricing, and service excellence.
\n\tProvide timely sales intelligence, competitor insights, and performance reporting.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in business, HR Management or a related field (master\u2019s preferred).
\n\tMinimum 7 years\u2019 experience in B2B sales or HR services, with 3+ years in a leadership\/client-facing role.
\n\tProven knowledge of Kenya\u2019s HR, labour, and compliance environment.
\n\tExcellent communication, negotiation, and strategy execution skills.
\n\tStrong financial acumen, with ability to interpret budgets, pricing models, and revenue pipelines.
\n\tProfessional fluency in English is required; knowledge of Swahili is an advantage.<\/p>\n
