The incumbent will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support within the receivables, inventory, and retail sections. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, effective cash flow management, and adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tReconcile and verify company transactions to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
\n\tPrepare periodic financial reports on company performance.
\n\tAssist in treasury operations to support effective cash flow management.
\n\tSupport inventory management and reconciliation to maintain accurate stock levels.
\n\tAssist in managing company debt collection and credit control to ensure proper cash flow and compliance with credit policies.
\n\tSupport the accounts receivable section by recording incoming payments, reconciling accounts, and following up on outstanding invoices.
\n\tPrepare schedules and reconciliations for internal and external audits.
\n\tRespond promptly to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
\n\tEnsure compliance with internal financial control policies and statutory regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\t2 to 3 years\u2019 experience in an accounting role.
\n\tMUST have attained KCSE B+ and above.
\n\tMUST have attained Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Statistics \u2013 Second Upper Class.
\n\tCPA\/ACCA minimum Level 2.
\n\tKnowledge of SAP and experience in the Oil and Gas industry is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
