We\u2019re looking for a Digital Experience Manager to take ownership of a large-scale B2B website \u2014 shaping the strategy, improving performance, and ensuring the experience drives real commercial impact.<\/p>\n
You\u2019ll lead the roadmap, work closely with marketing, brand and growth teams, and make sure the website supports demand generation across multiple markets.<\/p>\n
What you\u2019ll be doing<\/p>\n
\tOwn the website and digital experience strategy
\n\tDefine and deliver a roadmap focused on performance and conversion
\n\tLead CRO and experimentation across key journeys
\n\tUse data, user insight and testing to improve UX and engagement
\n\tOversee content structure, governance and SEO alignment
\n\tManage development teams, agencies and platform performance
\n\tEnsure the site is scalable, secure and high-performing
\n\tBring in new tools and AI where they add real value<\/p>\n
What you\u2019ll bring<\/p>\n
\tExperience leading B2B website strategy and performance at scale
\n\tStrong understanding of UX, CRO and digital analytics
\n\tProven track record of improving conversion and user experience
\n\tConfidence working with developers, agencies and senior stakeholders
\n\tHands-on experience with CMS platforms and web technologies
\n\tA commercial, data-led mindset<\/p>\n
