DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tMeet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process
\n\tExplain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services
\n\tObtain and compile copies of loan applicants\u2019 credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
\n\tReview and update credit and loan files
\n\tReview loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy
\n\tStay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products in order to better meet customers\u2019 needs.
\n\tSubmit applications to credit analysts for verification and recommendation
\n\tHandle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them
\n\tMarket financial products to individuals and firms, promoting the client\u2019s services that may meet customers\u2019 needs
\n\tUpdating and preparing daily reports
\n\tSend statements of delinquencies to credit bureau.<\/p>\n
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
\tMust have Credit management exposure
\n\tMust have excellent communication and inter-personal skills
\n\tUnderstanding of retail finance
\n\tCommerce or Finance Graduate
\n\tBetween 4-6 years of experience
\n\tBank\/Asset Financing Industry<\/p>\n
